- AIRCRAFT FLEET MAINTENANCE IN SUPPORT OF DOI WITHIN THE LOWER 48 The Interior business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), in support of the Department of Interior (DOI) Office of Aviation Services (OAS) is issuing a request for proposals for on-call commercial maintenance services for Government owned and operated aircraft within the Lower 48 States for a five year ordering period. Locations for these aircraft are housed throughout the Lower 48 States. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is August 1, 2022 with a projected closing date of August 31, 2022. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for participation by small business concerns under NAICS code 488190 which has a small business size standard of $35M. A concurrent unrestricted solicitation will be issued under solicitation number 140D0422R0047 for specific locations; however, preference will be given to small business.
