- ************************This has been extended to give all opportunity to see answered questions********************* This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation number is 70Z037-31100PR220000498 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein.� The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005.63.� The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 with small business standard of $39.5M.� Only qualified Vendors/Contractors may submit a bid/proposal.� In particular, The US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles/Long Beach requires the following:� Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and license as required to � Reconfigure Base Clinic in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). All interested Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to�visit the actual location on June 30, 2022 at 1:00PM PDT.� Please call the point of contact:��Matthew J.
