This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that the procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government.� Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 effective 5/26/2022. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract for the purchase and delivery of a 2 new Eaton MCCB Series G, Catalog number RGC316036E, 1600A, 480VAC breakers or equal for the Beaumont Reserve Fleet in accordance with the Attachment 1 - SOW� BRF Breakers,� Attachment 2 � Solicitation and Contract Clauses and Invoicing Instructions and Attachment 3 - Price Sheet. The cut-off date for questions in response to the solicitation 22 July 2022 at 10:00 am CST.� The solicitation closing date is 4 August 2022 at 10:00 am CST.
