- The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) has a requirement for the creation of a new World War II (WWII) Memorial Registry website that merges the data and contents currently hosted at WWIIMemorial.com and contents hosted on the WWII Memorial Registry kiosks, as well as the creation of a new KOWA Veterans Memorial Honor Roll website by using existing contents currently hosted on KOWA Veterans Memorial kiosks. See PWS for full requirements. Please note that all dates in the solicitation are tentative and will be based on the date of actual award.
