- This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications.This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide�one (1) *BRAND NAME ONLY* Rohde & Schwarz PR _OMNI_CEP.02CC Omni-Directional Monitoring Antenna Kit that includes the following: � � �-HE600 omni?directional monitoring antenna� � �?IN600 AC bias unit � � �?Mast adapter, cables, and transit case � � �?Wooden Tripod � � �?CEPTOR System Controller * See attached salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this combined synopsis/solicitation.* **Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. in the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Vendor quotes shall be valid for 90 days from RFQ close date** The applicable NAICS code is 334515, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.� The solicitation number is FA302022Q0021 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
