- The Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), awarded a Firm Fixed Fee (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) to Elite Business Strategies, LLC, contract number N6883622P0031 on 20 Nov 2022. This purchase order provides for follow on remote tech support services to support the Base Communication Offices of NAS Jacksonville, NS Mayport, and Kings Bays Submarine Base. This purchase order was awarded on an 8a, direct award in accordance with FAR 19.815(a) once a requirement has been accepted by the Small Business Administration (SBA), any follow-on requirement shall remain within the 8(a) program unless there is a mandatory source (reference FAR 8.002 and FAR 8.003), or SBA agrees to release the requirement from 8(a) program in accordance with 13 CFR 124.504(d). Therefore, this requirement was set-aside as an 8(a) direct award to ELITE BUSINESS STRATEGIES, LLC under the guidelines of the Partnership Agreement.
