Description

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16 intends to modify contract 36C25621D0009 for the preventive maintenance and repair of Steris medical sterilization equipment in order to add additional equipment to be covered by the contract.� This contract was awarded as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside.� Therefore, the inclusion of additional equipment to this contract is subject to the same set-aside requirements. In accordance with VA Acquisition Regulation Part 852.212-72(c), any interested party must provide a letter from the original equipment manufacturer (Steris) stating they are an authorized dealer, distributor or reseller for this equipment to be qualified to provide the required services.� Any such party may email a copy of their authorization letter from Steris to the Contracting Officer, James Hunt at james.hunt2@va.gov no later than the closing date of this notice in order to be considered eligible.� If no additional, eligible sources are identified the current contract will be modified without consideration to additional�eligible sources. This is the only notice to be posted regarding this matter.
