Notice Type:� Pre-solicitation Notice PSC:� B510 NAICS:� 541620 Description of the service:� This is a service to perform �Conservation Program Support Services, United States Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Darby Military Community (DMC), Livorno�. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide support to the Environmental Natural and Cultural Resources conservation program for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Division (ED) at United States Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Darby Military Community (DMC). Acting as an independent consultant and not as an agent of the US Government, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) contains the requirements needed to support the environmental natural and cultural resource conservation programs for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Division (ED) at United States Army Garrison (USAG) Italy Darby Military Community (DMC), Italy. This PWS describes the tasks to be accomplished under this project. The natural and cultural resource programs typically managed by the Garrison includes but is not limited to the following: host nation law review, forest/forest nursery management, threatened and endangered species management, wetlands management, assessments of environmental impact, landscape assessments/cultural resource impacts, participation in Environmental Performance Assessments System (EPAS) inspections, Geographic Information Systems (GIS)/map production, maintain Park Authority document archive and mitigation tracking document(s), and participation in various briefings/meetings/subsequent report preparation. Location of the work:� The service shall be performed in Camp Darby Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Performance Period:� The performance period will be as follows: Base Year:� 01 September 2022 � 31 August 2023 Option Year One:� 01 September 2023 � 31 August 2024 Option Year Two:� 01 September 2024 � 31 August 2025 Option Year Three:� 01 September 2025 � 31 August 2026 Option Year Four:� 01 September 2026 � 31 August 2027 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract.� Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation will be issued after 16 June 2022 Response date:� The date will be determined when the solicitation has issued. Site visit/ pre-quote conference:� No site visit or pre-quote conference will be held.
