Description

The presolicitation notice is restricted to�Small Businesses The Office of Business Solutions Acquisition has a requirement for the above subject. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice and not a Solicitation Announcement and not a Request for Proposal or a request for SF330s and does not obligate the Government to any contract award. The purpose of this Draft Solicitation is to initiate the Q&A period ahead of the Solicitation. The� responses to this draft solicitation will be used by the Government to make an appropriate procurement decision. It is requested that potential offerors review and response accordingly. The Government gracefully request offerors to provide feedback or suggested changes. Please provide all comment and suggested changes in the attached Comment Resolution Matrix so that your comments and edits are reviewed for consideration. Interested offerors are encouraged to respond, if you able to meet ALL of the requirements for this project, please respond by email with the following SUBJECT LINE ATTN: Q&A 2032H8-22-R-00016 FMSS CSA, to: Ms. Erica A.
