Description

The purpose of amendment 0001 is as follows: 14.1 Updated SOO (18 July 2022). 14.2 Delete duplicate clauses. 14.3 The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed w ith an electronic or PDF scanned signature by an official authorized to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknow ledged by all Offerors in accordance w ith the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to _Construct Sprinkler System Buildings 41418 and 41420 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of aw ard. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Proposals are due 12 August 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time.
