Description

This purchase request seeks to replace and upgrade the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Code 851�s Research Water Tunnel (RWT) motor drive controller, cabinet and remote operation terminal. An existing control system will be replaced with a modern version. A service agreement must be utilized to allow for the installation, setup and training of NUWC personnel to ensure the system is running smoothly and efficiently. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, under FAR Part 13. Although one potential offeror that has been identify is a self-represented Small Business, under NAICS Code 42830, no more than one (1) could be indeitified during market research, and, therefore, this requirement is being competed on a full and open competition basis. Deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI, USA (02841). This procurement is being processed using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and�Responses to the attached RFQ N66604-22-Q-0401 must be received by 2:00PM EST on 20 JULY 2022.
