- Description
- This is a notice of intent to sole source. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)1600 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta Georiga 30341�intends to sole source; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has the intent to award a sole source firm fixed price service contract to Beckman Coulter INC, CA. The North American Industry Classification System code is 32513 . The purpose of this procurement is to replace similar equipment with the same dimensions and facility requirements. Additionally, the rotors for these centrifuges need to be interchangeable with other centrifuges already in use in the facility. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within�three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any responses or capabilites �should be emailed to the contract specialist Jasmine Register at nee5@cdc.gov by 12:00PM�on the due date listed.
