Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will launch a solicitation for the installation and repair of flooring and related services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Embassy in Belgium. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.� The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. � All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. �Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at:� https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM Electronic Submission/Responses: Electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
