- Sources Sought Migration of Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Data FAA Flight Program Operations (AJF) Introduction FAA Flight Program Operations (AJF) has a requirement to migrate data related to aircraft maintenance and associated logistics. The FAA is requesting technical assistance to develop the data sets in a format that can be migrated into the host system, and validated for use. This migration will involve detailed mapping and validation of the data elements with complex relationships and temporal considerations. This is critical data required to comply with the FAA Operating Certificate under 14 CFR Part135 and Part 145. Requirements: FAA Flight Program Operations (AJF) has a requirement to migrate aircraft maintenance and associated logistics data. Develop the data sets in a format that can be migrated into the host system, and validated for use. Excel templates will be provided from the host. Provide exportable files to transfer relevant FAA aircraft maintenance data. Provide validation of the reports/records, preparation of the import files and exceptions review in conjunction with the CAMP to TRAX data migration. Migrate PDF reports to the TRAX eMRO system via Excel templates for:� Four CL605 aircraft into the existing MX program in TRAX eMRO for: CL605 N91 � ready for migration CL605 N92 � ready for migration CL605 N93 � Fall 2022 CL605 N94 � Winter/Spring 2023 One BD700 Global 5000 � New MX program � ready for migration System auditing for: Airworthiness directives (AD's) Maintenance program (LDND) Component hard times Life limited parts Major assemblies' (Engine, Gears and APU) Engineering Controls (EC) Installed Parts
