- The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking proposals for the repair of security fencing located at CLA airport near MALSR RWY 10 (vicinity San Juan, PR). The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The required performance time is 90 calendar days after award and notice to proceed. The estimated construction price range is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must have an active registration in System for Award Management (SAM.gov), possess no active exclusions, and be identified as a small business under the corresponding NAICS to this announcement to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the Screening Infromation Request (SIR) document titled 6973GH-22-R-00187 in the attachments of this announcment. See Section L of the SIR document attached for instructions to offerors. See Section M of this document to see how proposals will be evaluated. � All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time. This is a competitive solicitation for a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract award with the FAA. Offerors must respond to this announcement in accordance with Section L, which includes using the FAA�s documents provided in the attachments of this announcement for their response. Responses including non-FAA format documents, statements, assumptions, or exceptions taken to the requirement or the terms and conditions may not be able to be evaluated at face value in a fair and equal competition and, therefore, could be determined ineligible for award. Offerors are encouraged to respond exactly in accordance with Section L. � A pre-bid site visit is currently scheduled for August 3rd, 2022. See 3.2.2.3-63 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (JUL 2004) in Section L for further information. The FAA reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
