Description: This posting satisfies the requirement in FAR 7.107-5(d)(1). It has been hereby determined that substantial bundling for the Treasury Cloud (TCloud) procurement is both necessary and justified based on the following benefits expected to be derived from said bundling: Interoperability and consistency of solutions Increased operational efficiencies Speed of delivery and cost savings Transition to best practices Improved technical performance and sustainability Stronger Security Reduced government administrative cost and burdens This rationale will be provided with the solicitation, when released, as required by 7.107-5(d)(2).
