THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE: The Network 10 Contracting Office, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd Suite 300, Independence, OH 44106, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for: Preventative maintenance of critical medical air and vacuum systems for the Medical Center and Out-Patient Surgery Center medical gasses Place of Performance: Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106. PSC Code: J045 2017 NAICS Code: 811219, size standard $22 million. Set-Aside: Small business set-aside This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 simplified acquisition procedures and will be a small business set-aside. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the SAM.gov website, www.sam.gov . No fax bid packages shall be accepted. The Request for Quote will be available on www.sam.gov website on or about July 25, 2022, with a closing date on or about August 15th.
