- Nevada Army National Guard Outdoor Advertising Campaign September 2022 through August 2023 Reference RFQ# W9124X-22-Q-0023 Requesting Agency:� �� Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) Purchasing Agency:� �� NVARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office 2452 FAIRVIEW DR CARSON CITY, NV 89701 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 04/28/2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541850 Outdoor Advertising with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is R701Support: Management - Advertising. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Monday, August 1, 2022 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:00 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) Recruiting Command desires to effectively advertise in major markets in order to achieve an optimal return on investment using outdoor advertising.� The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and logistics necessary to provide an outdoor media billboard advertising presence in two major metropolitan markets and one rural market within Nevada for a duration of 12 months.
