Description

7 July 2022: Proposal due date is 1:00pm Central time on Wednesday, 20 July 2022. Adding RFI questions and answers. Extending deadline for RFIs until 1:00pm Central time on Thursday, 14 July 2022.�� 27 June 2022: Extending close date to 20 July 2022 and posting documents from Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit. The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this solictation for Project #XHZG159052 for construction of a Commercial Inspection Facility (CIF). Options include pavement being portland cement concrete instead of asphalt, addition of a visitor parking area, addition of Ameristar Fence with barrier cable, and addition of mow strips. The work location will be at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Tulsa, OK. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). Offerors who intend to submit a proposal are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. Award will be made to the Offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
