This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise for bids the project entitled �Upgrade Domestic Hot and Cold-Water Systems, Project 506-19-104� to be accomplished at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, Battle Creek, MI. A solicitation is planned to be issued on or about August 4, 2022. The project�s general scope of work is to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, supervision, and all other necessary resources to accomplish the following work: Upgrade components of the domestic water system in multiple buildings at VA Ann Arbor Medical Center. �
