- Amendment 0001 - Site visit Date: August 10, 2022 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Questions Due: August 15, 2022 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Proposals Due: August 29, 2022 (please see attached document for further information) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) cab defogger system at Joint Base Andrews (ADW) in Camp Springs, Maryland.� Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.� All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Stevie Tabb at Stevie.CTR.Tabb@faa.gov and Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov. Questions are due no later than July 22, 2022 at 1700 ET. Proposals are due no later than August 10, 2022�at 1700 ET. Any proposal received after 1700 ET on August 10, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
