- This unrestricted solicitation is to perform Operation and Maintenance (O and M) with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction in Support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program, Oahu Region. The Army Corps of Engineers- Mobile District intends to award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). This acquisition will consist of full-service O and M of real property facilities, repair, and minor construction incidental to the operation and maintenance mission. *A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on 2 August 2022, see Amendment 0001 for details. **All RFIs shall be submitted via ProjNet.
