Description: The Project Site is located at Dam Neck Annex Building 362. This facility is located in the DEVGRU compound at Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex. Generally, the Scope of Work requires renovations to various spaces to replace damaged and/or outdated finishes. Areas of work include the exterior front entrance, Entry (101), Lobby (102), Toilet (107), Drying Room (111), Shower Area (112), and North Stairwell (106, 206, 306).
