- Description
- Vance AFB is seeking a quote to purchase a 750K BTU Boiler (type of Boiler) with factory startup owner training at no additional cost to the government. All Quotes shall be good for 30 days with a product lead times not to exceed 10 weeks. The boiler shall meet the below list of speciation with factory trained service technicians within 100 mile of Vance AFB to provide warranty and service as required: 750k BTU input heat Fire tube condensing boiler design Efficiencies greater than 97% Turndown ratio of 8:1 or greater BACnet configurable O2 trim compensation Electronic combustion control system Boiler to include operation controls to safeguard the boiler from a blocked flue gas exhaust stack, insufficient combustion air, low water levels in the pressure vessel, and temperatures above the max boiler design. Open-loop instrumentation control system for autonomous air/fuel ratio control Blower shall have brushless DC variable speed motor with hall effect sensor feedback and non-sparking, hardened aluminum impeller centrifugal fan Boiler shall include flue gas condensate neutralization Boiler ignition shall be direct spark ignition with transformer. Boiler shall maintain a NOx level of <20 ppm Boiler shall maintain a CO emissions level of less than 50 ppm Fully Duplex 3 pass Stainless Steel heat exchanger Design water pressure rating of 150 psig or greater Boiler internal and external finishes must be primed and painted or powder coated No secondary dedicated boiler circulator pump required Designed for variable primary flow Motorized isolation valve control Supply outlet/return inlet not exceeding 2 in. Minimum 6� flue gas exhaust vent Natural gas usage not surpassing 750 SCFH Pressure vessel water volume of 50 gallon or greater A zero flow or low flow condition shall not cause any harm to the pressure vessel or heat exchanger of the boiler. Boiler must not be damaged in the event of no flow situation Must fit through standard door Operating weight not exceeding 2000lbs Operation of less than 75DBA at 5ft 10 year heat exchanger warranty 30. 5 year burner warranty 31. Lifetime thermal shock warranty Also provide accessory parts as listed on the Request for Quote: �Single Boiler trap PH Neutrilizer Supply Header Sensor Optional N54 Protonode Bacnet 6"" CAT IV SS Vent Package DWGV Double Wall CAT IV SS, includes Straight Length, Elbows, Screen Termination, Boiler /Flue Adapter Flashing, Vent Termination AS LISTED ON THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE ATTACHMENT AND BOILER SPEC SHEET ATTACHMENT. After Installation by Others Startup and Qwner Training will be provided by Vendor.
