VA HANDBOOK 6500.6 MARCH 12, 2010 APPENDIX C C-12 Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract with OEM, PROCEPT BIOROBOTICS CORPORATION sole authorized SDVOSD distributor.  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    Alliant Enterprises, LLC 2140 OAK INDUSTRIAL DR NE GRAND RAPIDS, MI 49505-6014 ueiSAM: RM64EJ3CJ7Z5 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase the AquaBeam Robotics System for VAMC West Roxbury. Items to be delivered to 1400 VFW Parkway West Roxbury, MA 02301.The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Alliant Enterprises, LLC is the only SDVOSB vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies required to remain compliant with the existing system, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.   The NAICS 334510. The size standard is 1,250 employees. The PSC/FSC is 6525.         Interested persons may contact the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist by email at keri.reeves@va.gov regarding this procurement.  The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.   Response must be received by 10:00am EST, NLT 07/27/2022.
