1.�� �This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following requirement: a.�� �Provide new office furniture to building 239 at America�s West Naval Weapons Station. � � � �i.�� �Chairs: �Merit Leather Executive Conference Chair with chrome accents for arm rests, legs and rollers. (Quantity 20) �� � � � (Brand: �HON or similar) � � � �ii.�� �Chairs: �Ravenna Wooden side chairs, Dakota cherry color frames to match conference table with faux leather/vinyl� � � � � � � � � � � � � seating"" allow for proper connections. (Quantity 12) � (Brand: Coriander Designs or similar). � � � �iii.�� �Credenza: �60"" long X 24"" wide X 36"" tall Dakota credenza to match conference table color. (Quantity 1) � (Brand:� � � � � � � � � � � � � � Coriander Designs or similar). � � � �iv.�� �Table: �22' long boat shaped veneer conference table with DLA Logo, standard height, color to be Dakota cherry. 3 to 4� � � � � � � � � � �pedestals. (See Attachment B � Statement of Work) � � � � � � � � � � � A.�� �Logo to be installed in the center of the conference table facing the 2 doors. � � � � � � � � � � � B.� � Edge of the conference table to match figure A below with a solid surface base accent. � � � � � � � � � � �C.�� �* Hidden panels in table to have electrical connections in each, 6 at each end on bigger panels and 4 in each of� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � the smaller panels. LAN connections 20 total spaced throughout the table. (Quantity 1) (Brand: �Coriander� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Designs or similar). � � � � v.�� �All existing furniture shall be removed by contractor personnel before the start of the installation of the new office furniture. � � � �vi.�� �Relocate and reassemble removed furniture from building 239 to Warehouse 249 (200 yards away). � � � vii.�� �Install new furniture in accordance with layout provided by the government. 2.�� �Planning/Design: � � � � a.�� �Provide layouts/designs of new furniture based on the brands requested under this request for quotation.� 3.�� �General Requirements: � � � � a.�� �Mid-grade commercial furniture. All the furniture shall be wood, metal, laminate, plastic, or composite materials. � � � � b.�� �This furniture requires a warranty provided by contractor or manufacturer.� 4.�� �The period of performance is August 2022 time frame, and the contractor is required to perform work at the following location:� � � � � �America�s West Naval West Station, 800 Seal Beach Blvd., Seal Beach, CA. 90740 Submit RFQ responses:� � � � � �a.�� �Use �Attachment� A � Price Schedule to fill out pricing for furniture � � � � �b.�� �Provide a complete breakdown for quotations which includes furniture, delivery, costs, taxes, and all additional fees such� � � � � � � � � �as assembly, reassemble, and relocation expenses etc. � � � � �c.�� �See �Attachment B� Statement of Work and other attachments for additional information about this request for quotation.� 5.�� �Please submit quotation via email using Attachment A and �any� additional documents to john.stanislaus@dla.mil for review� � � � � � �and consideration. � 6.�� �RESPONSE DUE DATE: �August 3, 2022 by 3:00pm EST Ft.
