- This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Seismic Hazard Model Project (NSHMP) has a requirement for Ground Motion Models (GMMs) Non-Ergodic and 3D Simulations Expert Service in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The solicitation number is 140G022Q00150 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories with business size standard of $22.5 M.
