This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W50S9B22Q0012 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. Response Date: 28 July 2022 at 4:00 PM EDT This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, effective 26 May 2022 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 6/23/2022, effective 23 June 2022. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 Janitorial Services, and Product Service Code (PSC) code is S201. The Size Standard for this NAICS is $19,500,000.00. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Custodial Services, as defined in this PWS.
