Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFQ) 36C25622Q1132 on about July 22, 2022, to obtain services for automatic door service and preventative maintenance for the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Government intends to award a single firm-fixed contract for a base period of 12 months, plus four, 12 months option periods. Anticipated date of award for the base year is September 01, 2022, through August 31, 2023. This effort will be solicited as a total service-disabled veteran owned small business set aside subject to the U.S. Department of Labor Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination using NAICS Code 238290, Offices of Physicians with a U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $16.5 million. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. This announcement does not constitute solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) system prior to award of a government contract. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration required applicants to have a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. It is recommended that your firm register immediately in order to be eligible for award. Prospective contractors will also be subject to VAAR 852.219-10 VA NOTICE OF TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (JUL 2019) (DEVIATION). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued, but the solicitation will be available on the GPE website (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUEST FOR THIS RFP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
