- ****POP DATE 8/10/2022-8/9/2027**** This�will be awarded as one Blanket Purchase Agreement. 1.1.2. The work required by this Performance Work Statement (PWS), consists of furnishing the physical laundry plant (at an off-site location), all labor, supervision, management, management support, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for accomplishment of complete laundry service to wash and dry linens and linen tablecloths used at U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center. 1.1.3 All workmanship will be laundered articles returned in serviceable and sanitary condition. 1.1.4 All items found to be unsatisfactorily cleaned shall be re-cleaned at no additional cost to the government. 1.2. Contractor Experience. The contractor shall have experience providing wash, dry, and fold services for linen materials as a result of being in the business of providing laundry/linen services for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years prior to submitting proposal. 1.3. The contractor will have on-site staff at their plant during weekdays to provide a point of contact with the government for drop off and pickup, and the contractor will have posted or advertised hours during the weekdays to interface with the government staff utilizing the service and dropping off and picking up the laundry/linen. 1.3.1. Wash, dry, and fold service for laundry/linen will take no longer than three (3) days from drop off to pick up. 1.3.2. The contractor is responsible for a quality control program and the effective implementation of their quality control program to ensure that the wash, dry, and fold laundry service renders the linens clean. 1.4. Personnel Qualifications. The contractor shall provide sufficient and adequately trained personnel necessary to perform the services required. 1.4.1. The contractor is responsible for restitution for lost or damaged laundry/linen. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be August 1st, 2022 - July 31st, 2027.
