Description: The General Services Administration intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation.� This project is to clean and wash all of the exterior windows at the John E. Moss Federal Building located at 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA� 95814 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Exhibits. There is currently no site walk scheduled for this project.� The building has Exterior Building Maintenance Equipment described in Exhibit B of the solicitation package that passed annual inspection on November 12th, 2021. Proposals for this project are due No Later Than (NLT) 4:00pm PDT on Friday, July 29th, 2022.
