- 26 July 22 : Added Addendum 1 (Changes to SOW) and Amendment 1 (Question with response) _______________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301622Q0101 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and DFARS change notice 6/23/2022. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 333923 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
