- 20220725 - Ammendment 0003.�Posting amendment to the solicitation. GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: Section C.1 General Information; C.1.1 Introduction, the requirements for this contract consist of delivering 5 gallon bottled VETCOM certified potable drinking water, 5 gallon bottled purified water, and cold water dispensers for mission personnel working at remote sites on USAYPG to two drop locations. C.1.3 Delivery sites: The two delivery sites for this requirement are located within a radius of 20 miles from the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and Martinez Lake Road, but the extent of delivery sites for bottled water services consists of a drop at Building 3017 on Laguna Army Airfield (LAAF) and Building 3522 on Kofa Firing Range (KFR). No travel on unimproved roads will be required in the performance of this contract. C.1.4 Bottled Drinking and Distilled Water Historical Information. The 5 gallon bottles of drinking water average 25 bottles per delivery, or 51 a month. The 5 gallon bottles of distilled average 4 bottles per delivery or 7 a month. 2)�Are you asking for 20 coolers? or 240? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: 20 Dispensers for 12 months = 240 3)�How many at each location? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: C.2 Scope. The objective of this effort is to deliver and thereafter replenish quality VETCOM certified potable drinking and distilled/purified water to designated site at USAYPG. The designated sites will be building 3017-LAAF and building 3522-KFR. No, distribution to remote sites on USAYPG is required. Chilled dispensers will be provided and delivered to the two specified drop locations for distribution to the required remote sites. A small number of 5 gallon bottles of distilled/purified water machine work and quality testing, will be required and delivered to building 3522 upon request. 20220725 - Ammendment 0002.�Posting amendment to the solicitation. This amendment provides Government answers to Contactor Questions. 1)�I would like to know if the water requirement total listed on the solicitation for the 900 bottles of water and the 240 bottles on water to be delivered bi weekly or to be divided up by the bi weekly deliveries? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: C.2.4. states ""Delivery on a bi-weekly (which is two weeks) basis to two sites (Bldg 3017 and 3522). Bottled water deliveries shall be made on the basis of one full bottle to replace each empty bottle at each delivery location. 20220721 - Ammendment 0001.�Posting amendment to the solicitation. This amendment extends close date to 27 July 2022. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This requirement is a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-04, Effective 30 January 2022 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS), current to DPN 20220318 (Effective 18 March 2022) Edition. Offerors that fail to furnish required representation or technical information as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation provisions 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors- Commercial Items. (DEVIATION 2018-O0013) or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation shall be excluded from consideration. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at https://acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. This solicitation is being issued as a CSS under Solicitation Number W9124R-22-Q-0010 which will result in a single-award, firm fixed price contract. Per Army Regulation (AR) 40?657, vendors have to be Veterinary Command (VETCOM) certified from the list of vendors located at the VETCOM website in order to sell bottled water to the Department of Defense. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 312112 ? Bottled Water Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and tradeoffs are not permitted. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Clause 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition and has been included within Attachment 2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government.
