Description

The 146th Mission Support Group/Mission Support Contracting (146 MSG/MSC) intends to solicit from a single source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) with AT&T Corp of 3033 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton, VA 22124-2542. The contract is for services providing a fiber optic session initiation protocol (SIP) voice circuit to the demarcation point in Building 201 at Channel Islands Air Guard Base with two PRI handoffs, port approximately 700 existing direct inward dialing (DID) telephone numbers, DNIS digits will send in �893-XXXX� format, for exclusive use by the 146th Airlift Wing (146 AW), provide commercial telephone services, and connect with Ventura County 911 call center. This service will support the installation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. AT&T is the only provider of local telephone services with existing infrastructure terminating with a point of presence in Building 201. Additionally, the current telephone services are provided by AT&T. The vendor is qualified to furnish and install equipment suitable for the government�s use, porting existing DID telephone numbers, and providing local telephone services to Channel Islands Air Guard Base without negatively affecting the mission of the 146 AW. The period of performance is one base period of 12 months and four 12 months option periods. The size standard of the applicable NAICS code is 1,500 employees. This notice is not a request for quote. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being required by 10:00 AM PDT on 5 August 2022. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, MSgt Kristian Perlas, via email at kristian_martin.perlas.2@us.af.mil no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
