- This amendment/modification is being issued to upload the award notice as follows: Notice of Award The Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration, Office of Environment�and Innovation awarded one (1) cooperative agreement for this project.� The awardee will conduct a feasibility study on the future energy options (future alternative fuels and power options) for Great Lakes shipping. The cooperative agreement will be awarded to:�International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT),�UEI:LQK8WNJZEEK5,�1500 K St, NW, Suite 650,Washington, DC 20005, www.theicct.org in the amount of $350,000.00.� Award Date: July 19, 2022. The anticipated period of performance for this cooperative agreement is 15 months from the date of award. Please consider this correspondence as official notification for award.� If you have any questions or require any additional information, please contact Donald E.� Coonan (202) 366-1737. This amendment/modification is being issued to change the place of performance location from Wilmington California to the United States of America (USA) and to change the time to receive quotes from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. The purpose for this amendment/modification is to upload Questions and Answers to this soliciation. The Maritime Administration (MARAD)/Office of Environment & Innovation/Maritime Environmental and Technical Assistance (META) program, is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) for conducting a feasibility study on the future energy options for Great Lakes Shipping. The work will be done by employing a multifactor approach to create a projection of the future energy options for the Great Lakes shipping industry. See RFP for all requirements
