Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W912NR-22-R-0046 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).� This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial service in accordance to with FAR Part 12-Acquistion of Commercial Items.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022. This acquisition is a total Small Business (SB) set aside under the 8(a) Program using NAICS 561311 small business size standard is $30,000,000.00.� This will be awarded using trade off procedures where technical and past performance combine are more important than price.Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) to be considered for award.� There is no site visit and all questions must be submitted in writing in accordance to the below criteria. The Government shall make an award for a 12 month contract, using the start date of 15 September 2022-14 September 2023. PROPOSAL GUIDANCE:� All proposals shall be emailed to lavon.d.wilson.mil@army.mil and crystal.l.stiles2.mil@army.mil NLT 29 July 2022 AT 2:00PM (CST).� The initial question period will end 19 July at 2:00PM (CST).
