Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802, intends to award a Brand Name Only Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to TrillaMed, LLC, for the provision of delivering, installing, and integrating a GE Healthcare Cardiolab Altix BT21 System at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center (PVAMC) located in Philadelphia, PA. The proposed delivery will include thirty-seven (37) Contract Line Item Numbers as follows: 1. ComboLab AltiX Hemodynamic and EP Recording system; 2. Intracardiac Channel Amplifier; 3. Fiber Optic FDDI Cable PreInstall Kit for Cardiolab/Combolab; 4. Kit includes: optical isolator & cables for Cryo & RF; 5. Integrated System Cart or Desktop printer for Mac-Lab/CardioLab/ComboLab Report-Printing; 6. Integrated System Cart or Desktop printer for Mac-Lab/CardioLab/ComboLab Report-Printing; 7. Remote Display Cable Pre-Install Kit-HD; 8. DVI Splitter and Cables; 9. Provides for Installation of Acquistion System over a Weekend; allows for application support; 10. Invasive Project Management SVCS; 11. INW Server Altix BT21 Upgrade; 12. TIP Invasive GEHC HQ Training Program; 13. TIP Invasive Customer Site Training Program Upgrade; 14. MACLAB ALTIX Service Training; 15. Basic for DI Service (Web) Training will prepare engineers on configuring & troubleshooting; 16. INSTL-After Hours INW; 17. Invasive Project Management SVCS; 18. Install Invasive Lab In A Temp Location; 19. CCW Single Site Invasive Workflow Only; 20. Centricity Cardio Workflow without Physician Reporting Test Base Software & Core eDelivery Application; 21. Centricity Cardio Workflow without Physician Reporting Test Base Software & Core eDelivery Application; 22. Invasive APP Config Day; 23. CVIS Cath WF Only: This module is designed to allow for enhanced workflow within the department; 24. CVIS EP WF Only: This module is designed to allow for enhanced workflow within the department; 25. CLIN HL7 RPTS INT SVC-HL7; 26. CVIS HL7 ADT INTGRT; 27. CVIS HL7 Inbound Order Integration provides remote professional integration services administered by GEHC Ablation Generators; 28. MacLab/CardioLab PDF Results Integration; 29. After Hours Go-Live Support; 30. TIP Invasive GEHC HQ Training Program;This training program is designed for customer representatives; 31. TIP Invasive Customer Site Training Program Upgrade 6; 32. INW Server PowerEdge R640 Server (210-AKWU); 33. Integration INW Server; 34. CardioLab Production Server PowerEdge R740 Server (210-AKXJ); 35. Integration CardioLab Production Server; 36. CardioLab Test Server PowerEdge R740 Server (210-AKXJ); and 37. Integration of PowerEdge R740 Server. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the procedures in FAR 13.5 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information by 4:30 P.M., EST, on Monday, August 08, 2022, in order to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
