- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. *PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSTING HAS MULTIPLES SOURCES SOUGHT FOR THIS PROJECT.� SHORT DESCRIPTION ON EACH SOURCES SOUGHT IS LISTED BELOW.� FOR FURTHER DETAILS PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENTS SECTION. 1. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to�determine if there is commercially available Controls Equipment with equivalent specification of security equipment with equivalent specifications of: Johnson Controls Incorporated (JCI) and Tridium Niagara-compatible Distech for Utility Management Control System (UMCS) programmable building controllers. 2.�The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there is commercially available Commercial Equipment Itron 100W+ Water Communication Module for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) in contract actions requiring interfacing with the identified Installation networked facilities metering system for the USCG Multi-Use Complex at MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. Authority to act under this justification is authorized through the DOD Utilities Metering Policy and DODI 4170-11 Installation Energy Management. 3. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there is commercially available Commercial Equipment Centron Polyphase CP3S for electrical metering in contract actions requiring interfacing with the identified Installation networked facilities metering system for the USCG Multi-Use Complex at MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. Authority to act under this justification is authorized through the DOD Utilities Metering Policy and DODI 4170-11 Installation Energy Management. This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product with the specifications described above. The Capabilities Statement Package shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to Georgia Scott, georgia.scott.civ@us.navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 4MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, 02 AUGUST 2022 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
