Description
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services The Network Contracting Office 7, Charleston, SC intends to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract to provide EAP Services to the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJVAMC) in Charleston, SC. This contract will have one base year and up to four option years. Anticipated start date is October 1, 2022. The applicable NAICS Code is 541612, Human Resources Consulting Services (SBA size standard $16.5 Million). This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be 100% set-aside for VetBiz verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The purpose of the contract is to provide EAP Services for the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJVAMC), and Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in the surrounding South Carolina area and Georgia. The Contractor shall provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees and their dependents associated with the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401, to offer resources to address: work-related problems, traumatic incidents, substance abuse, mental illness, marital or family problems, and financial or other personal problems. The contractor shall also provide a work/life balance service to include legal advisement, financial advisement. Services shall be provided by qualified, licensed clinical professionals able to perform their assignments without conflict of interest. The contractor shall provide a minimum of 5 one-hour sessions at no cost to the employee. All interested SDVOSBs must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov | Entity Registrations; registered and viewable as a SDVOSB at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/default.asp; and their Annual Representations and Certifications must be current and filed online and viewable through SAM.
