Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063 is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to execute a single source award as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii) to Vound Colorado, Ltd. 10643 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard Scottsdale, AZ 85259. Prior to awarding, market research was conducted and concluded this request to acquire a business application and support as a sole source contract is in the best interests to the Government because the application needed is not available from any other provider. In accordance with FAR Part 13, specifically Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii), there is only one (1) responsible source, and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR PART 13. The place of performance is as follows: Vound Colorado, Ltd. 10643 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard Scottsdale, AZ 85259. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 423430. The Small Business Administration size standard in number of employees 250. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone, fax, or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded based upon any information received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
