Description
TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS WILL�NOT BE ACCEPTED. The United States�Government (USG) Army Contracting Command�Redstone (ACC-RSA) issues the�following pre-solicitation notice to inform all interested parties of the intent to award on a�sole source basis, in accordance with U.S.C.2304(c)(4), as implemented by Federal�Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-4, International Agreement, the procurement of a�Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) to support the King Air program for the�Government of Panama (GoP). Award will be made to AIRtec, Inc., 46610 Expedition�Drive, Suite 100, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653-2112 (CAGE 0TAN5). The USG contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated period of�performance is a one (1)-year base and two (2) one-year options. Award date is�anticipated on or about October 5, 2022. The requirement for this procurement will have the CFSR to be a King Air Aircraft,�Systems, and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Advisor, stationed in�Panama for one (1) year, supporting the maintenance of the King Air platforms and other advanced avionics and ISR systems assigned to the Government of Panama at�the designated primary support location. The CFSR duties will include, but not limited�to: maintenance advising, technical assistance, customer support, logistics planning,�and maintenance/logistics training. The CFSR will be fluent in Spanish and English,�capable of providing verbal and written support/instruction effectively in both languages.�The CFSR will have a current and valid Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and�Powerplant certification and be able to instruct and perform maintenance, inspections,�and repair/ replacement of all major components/subcomponents installed on the King�Air platforms. This notice closes at 4:00PM CST on Friday, August 12, 2022.
