Description

In accordance with Section T3.2.2.4.A.3(b), of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Guidance, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract via a single source justification to�Roger Schwarz and Associates (RSA) for Mutual Learning Mindset Instruction. Market research identified RSA as the only source of the Mutual Learning Mindset Instruction that Flight Standards (FS) needs to continue its five-year long pursuit to nurture cultural patterns of leading from the collaborative approach of the Mutual Learning Mindset with over 400 FS managers trained to date.� � Please see attached Statement of Work for requirement details.
