Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price contract on a non-competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-l(a)(2) based on only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended effort will be with PUREHM U.S. INC., Houston, Texas.�The effort is for the annual maintenance plan of HYPACK Max/Hysweep software on 15 hardlock keys for the Survey Team in Buffalo, NY.� The Max/Hysweep software is the only software used on the Survey Team's single beam and multi-beam sonar equipment.� A one-year contract period is anticipated with options to award the contract for an additional four years. The contract will include HYPACK preventive maintenance, upgrades releases, unlimited telephone support, and access to updated files on HYPACK's website.� equipment. The NAICS Code is 511210; Size Standard is $41.5M. Any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the government to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
