- Description
- The purpose of this sources sought is to determine if there is a solution in the marketplace that can meet the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) requirements for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software. The AOUSC requires an endpoint security solution that provides security teams with improved visibility to detect and remediate attacks by continuously recording all activities and events taking place on user workstations and servers. The required tool offers advanced threat detection and response by applying analytics to the continuously recorded events allowing incident responders to search, investigate, contain, and remediate malicious activity. The solution must be FedRAMP status authorized, service model SaaS, and impact level moderate. The AOUSC cannot accept solutions that require the disablement of existing antivirus solutions, and solutions that do not provide at least 14 days of recorded endpoint activity. Please see the attached requirements list for a full list of the requirements. If you believe your product can meet all of these requirements, please respond by filling out the attached requirements spreadsheet and returning it by email before August 09, 2022, at 9AM ET to the points of contact listed in this RFI. The AOUSC is not interested in software that cannot meet all of the requirements. Also, please provide additional information on how the software solution is licensed and if your company sells or has resellers on various Government Wide Acquisition Contracts such as NASA SEWP or on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule.
