- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0922Q0095. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Noxubee NWR Brooksville MS has a requirement for Aerial Spray of 130 acres at Sam D Hamilton Loakfoma Lake as per attached Statement of work. Period of Performance: 10 August 2022 to 30 September 2022. The basis for award is Best Value to the government. Organization to be supported: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services Noxubee NWR 13723 Bluff Lake Road Brooksville MS 39739 This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Total Small Business Set Aside and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. The NAICS code is 115112 and the small business size standard is $8.5 size standard in millions of dollars. Please submit your quotation (showing unit and total price) on company letterhead or the enclosed SF- 1449 form with DUNS No. and point of contact phone number and e-mail address. Additionally, if your company holds a GSA contract that would apply to this requirement, please provide the contract number.
