This IFB is being set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns; all others will be deemed non responsive.� Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. �An award will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation.� Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website at https://www.SAM.gov.� There will be no paper copies of this solicitation.� All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website.� Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted electronically via email to delvin.talton@spaceforce.mil and jason.pominski@us.af.mil. �Please reference solicitation FA252122B0020 on all correspondence. Project Title:� Remove/Replace Signs at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, CCSFS, FL Project Number: �DBEH 22-1621 Place of performance:� Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida 32925 Brief description of work:� The purpose of this acquisition is to procure DBEH 22-1621-Remove/Replace Signs at CCSFS. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to remove/replace three hundred sixty (360) various signs, as per the Unified Facility Criteria (UFC) 3-120-0. All work shall comply with State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines. ��NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. Size Standard:� $39.5M Magnitude of Construction:� IAW FAR 36.204: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Additional Information: The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.� The acquisition will be a competitive set-aside for SDVOSB concerns.� The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at https://www.SAM.gov. The IFB is expected to be available on or about August 12, 2022. This project will have a Pre-Bid site visit This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.805 Competitive Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Business set-aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid.
