Description

The Defence Contract Management Agency (DCMA) requires updated licenses and ongoing maintenance support for Jacada Software. DCMA IT initially purchased Jacada Software in 2004 which provides etools applications the ability to connect to MOCAS without the need for a terminal emulator.� DCMA has a continuing need for maintenance and support of previously purchased Jacada Software in order to maintain eTools efficiently.�DCMA currently owns, manages and utilizes integrator software to maintain DCMA�s legacy eTools applications systems. Integrator software is a product that allows DCMA eTools applications the ability to connect directly to the legacy MOCAS, allows the applications to create, read, update, and delete records within the legacy applications using screen-based accesswithout the need for a terminal emulator. Users maintain their security credentials in an eTools profile which allows them to enter data into eTools applications that call the software integrator process to update MOCAS. Applications that uses software integrators are eTool and IWMS.
