Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR ANNUAL CALIBRATION/MAINTENANCE OF SIGNAL CONDITIONING AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEMS This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following service: The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center requires preventative maintenance support, on-site repairs, annual calibration and emergency repair services for signal conditioning and data acquisition systems. This is a non-personal services contract to provide preventive maintenance and repair services on the equipment identified. � The items to be calibrated and maintained are: 1) Titan ADF/AIV/BDF/BMS 2) Titan CPUXXX 3) DAC 4) TCX16X-XXX 5) ADF08 and PCB-9032 6) Circuit board repair The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to MARS Lab LLC., 29 C Street Laurel, MD 20707. MARS Labs LLC is the previous contract holder and due to the continued need for the maintenance and support services for the mission essential routine preventive maintenance and as-needed repair of the signal conditioning and data acquisitions systems. These services has been deemed mission critical.
