Description

This is a notice of intent to sole source in accordance with FAR 5.203. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to award a bridge contract to Booz Allen Hamilton, 8283 Greensboro Dr. Mclean, Virginia 22102, Cage code: 17038, for a period of not exceed nine months. This acquisition is for the continuation of a current requirement that provides technical support to manage DTRA's operations information management system (OIMS). OIMS is the primary operational and technical information support capability in the DTRA operations center to support DTRA missions throughout the world. OIMS supports both DTRA legacy missions, plus additional missions as they become known. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. However, all interested sources may submit a capability statement and/or a proposal which may be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will be considered soley for the purposes of determining whether a bridge contract is still appropriate. The Government will not pay for any information or quotes received in response to this announcement. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is soley within the discretion of the Government.
