Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a sole source, firm fixed price contract �under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation to provide maintenance and repair (GROOM) of the High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) Nos. 1 and 2 onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine. A sources sought notice, N32253-22-Q-0077, was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), beta.sam.gov, from 13 July 2022 �18 July 2022 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1250. The Product Service Code is J036. The tentative Delivery Date is 23 September 2022. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 02 August 2022. All dates and information included in this announcement as subject to change. Note: All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, DFARS 06/23/2022 and NMCARS 18-22. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-22-Q-0077. �The solicitation notice will be posted on or around 4 August 2022. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting.
